Taste Profile: The italian oyster mushrooms has a mild umami flavor and a slight seafood undertone.  

Suggested Use: Oyster mushrooms are incredibly versatile and work well in a variety of cuisines. Try them in Asian dishes like stir fry and ramen or Italian dishes like pasta and risotto. In a rush, simply sautée them in butter and serve as a side dish. Since they get silky when cooked, oyster mushrooms respond well to braising, roasting, grilling, or frying to further enhance the flavor.
