This salad has our Spring Mix as a base which consists of leafy lettuce varieties with bright colors and a solid crunch. The traditional mild flavors are enhanced by the deep, rich umami flavors of sun-dried tomatoes and shredded parmesan. This salad comes with our Green Goddess dressing which is made with our fresh parsley and dill.
