Poke Bowl with Wasabi Mix and Radish Confetti

Bowl ingredients:

1 ½ c. sushi rice

4 oz Wasabi Mix

1 oz radish microgreens

Protein choice

Veggie salad

Spicy mayo

Optional (but very recommended): Avocado, pickled ginger, nori sheets)

 

Protein: 

1 lb shrimp, tofu or sushi grade tuna steaks, cubed

½ c. soy sauce or tamari

1 T sesame oil

2 t. Grated ginger

1-2 t. Red pepper flakes

¼ c. green onions, chopped

1 t. sesame seeds


Veggie salad:

2 c. veggie choice (cucumber, edamame, carrots, spinach…)

2 T. rice vinegar

2 t. Honey


Spicy mayo:

⅓ c. olive oil mayo

2 T. sriracha

2 t. Soy sauce or tamari

1 t. honey

Pile your choice of protein, greens, and veggies in your favorite bowl and drizzle the mayo on top!
